Heong San Enterprise Ltd. has been operating her own specialty coffee shops
for the past 10 years. Presently we have three speciality coffee outlets in
Macau, Honolulu CAFÉ, serving superb specialty coffees and snacks in a unique
harmony of eastern and western lifestyle.
Considering the current bleak economic situation, the idea of a new career of investing in the specialty coffee shop business could become very attractive and the good investment return is almost guaranteed.
Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the West and it is now widely enjoyed in the East. Speciality coffee outlets in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau have been very successful and the trend is already expanding across the border to major cities of China, namely Shanghai. Now is the best moment to invest in the coffee business so to secure a good market share.
THS
Enterprise Ltd. is now considering issuing Honolulu CAFÉ franchises to interested
parties outside Macau. The franchisee will be offered the fittings and furnishing
of the outlet, the equipment, the technology and all business know-how. Miscellaneous
expenses, namely local license registration, taxation and unforeseeable costs
will be the sole responsibility of the franchisee. Combining our regional
expertise and investment with your entrepreneurship, we will certainly prosper
